Psalm 9:15

לְמַעַן אֲסַפְּרָה כָּל־תְּהִלָּתֶיךָ בְּשַׁעֲרֵי בַת־צִיֹּון אָגִילָה בִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ׃

Rough Word-by-word:
For the sake of I will declare all the praises of you in gates of the daughter of Zion I will rejoice in the salvation of you.

Smooth Translation:
That I will declare all your praises in the gates of the daughter of Zion. I will rejoice in your salvation.

לְמַעַן preposition "for the sake of"

אֲסַפְּרָה Piel imperfect 1cs from סָפַר (he recounted) "I will declare"

כָּל־תְּהִלָּתֶיךָ adjective with noun fp in construct with 2ms pronominal suffix "all the praises of you"

בְּשַׁעֲרֵי preposition and noun mp in construct "in gates of "

בַת־צִיֹּון noun fs in construct with proper noun fs "[the] daughter of Zion"

אָגִילָה Qal imperfect 1cs from גִּיל (he rejoiced) "I will rejoice" (I thought Hiphil because of the a-i vowel pattern, but it is a doubly weak verb...)

בִּישׁוּעָתֶךָ preposition with noun fs in construct with 2ms pronominal suffix "In the salvation of you"

Psalm 9:14

חָנְנֵנִי יְהוָה רְאֵה עָנְיִי מִשֹּׂנְאָי מְרֹומְמִי מִשַּׁעֲרֵי מָוֶת׃

Rough Word-by-word:
Be gracious to me, LORD. See the poor of me from those hating me, one being high of me from gates of death.

Smooth Translation:
Be gracious to me, LORD. See my poverty from those who hate me, higher than me from the gates of death.

Notes:
I'm not quite sure how to translate the Polel participle here. Soncino says, "Thou that liftest me up from the gates of death."
I'm taking it more as an appositive of LORD.
