Psalm 7:9

יְהוָה יָדִין עַמִּים שָׁפְטֵנִי יְהוָה כְּצִדְקִי וּכְתֻמִּי עָלָי׃

Rough Word-by-word:
LORD he will contend peoples. Judge me, LORD as righteousness of me and as integrity of me upon me.

Smooth Translation:
The LORD will contend with people. Place judgment of me, LORD, as to my righteousness and as to my integrity, upon me.

Smooth Translation:
let the enemy pursue my soul and cause to overtake, and let him trample my life to earth, and let him cause my honor to dwell in dust.

Psalm 7:5

אִם־גָּמַלְתִּי שֹׁולְמִי רָע וָאֲחַלְּצָה צֹורְרִי רֵיקָם׃

Rough Word-by-word:
If I requited the one being at peace with me evil and intensely took off the one distressing me empty;

Smooth Translation:
If I payed back with evil the one at peace with me or intensely took from the one vainly distressing me;

Note:
The last phrase is difficult to translate. Soncino's JPS translates, "or spoiled mine adversary unto emptiness," while the Soncino commentary says that, "R.V. is to be preferred:(Yea, I have delivered him that without cause was mine adversary), the words being placed in brackets because the clause is in parenthesis."
 
To me, the adverb should be modifying one of the verbs and I'm just choosing the closest one.
