Psalm 4:4

וּדְעוּ כִּי־הִפְלָה יְהוָה חָסִיד לֹו יְהוָה יִשְׁמַע בְּקָרְאִי אֵלָיו׃

Rough Word-by-word:
And you all know as he caused to set apart the LORD [the] godly to him the LORD he will hear the calling of me unto him.

Smooth Translation:
And you know the LORD has set apart the godly to himself. The LORD will hear my calling unto him.

וּדְעוּ conjunction with Qal imperative 2mp from יָדַע (he knew) "and you all know"
