Psalm 3:9

לַיהוָה הַיְשׁוּעָה עַל־עַמְּךָ בִרְכָתֶךָ סֶּלָה׃

Rough Word-by-word:
Of the LORD the salvation of you. Upon the people of you, the blessing of you.

Smooth Translation:
Of the LORD [is] your salvation. Upon your people [be] your blessing.

Or:
Of the LORD [is] your salvation. Upon your people [is] your blessing.
