Psalm 10:5

חִילוּ דָרְכּו כ (דְרָכָיו ׀ ק) בְּכָל־עֵת מָרֹום מִשְׁפָּטֶיךָ מִנֶּגְדֹּו כָּל־צֹורְרָיו יָפִיחַ בָּהֶם׃

Rough Word-by-word:
They will be in anguish ways of him in all time height of judgments of you from before him all distressings of him he will cause to blow in them.

Smooth Translation:
His ways will be in anguish always. The height of your judgments he will cause to puff at all his distress from before him.
