Psalm 6:4

וְנַפְשִׁי נִבְהֲלָה מְאֹד וְאַתְּ כ (וְאַתָּה ק) יְהוָה עַד־מָתָי׃

Rough Word-by-word:
And the soul of me she has been terrified greatly, and You, LORD, until  when?

Smooth Translation:
And my soul has been greatly terrified, but You, LORD, how long?

וְנַפְשִׁי conjunction with noun fs and 1cs pronominal suffix "and the soul of me"

נִבְהֲלָה Niphal perfect 3fs from בָּהַל (he was disturbed, terrified) "[she] it has been terrified"

מְאֹד adverb "greatly, exceedingly"

וְאַתְּ כ conjunction with personal pronoun "and/but you" (Note: this is the Ketiv or "written" from the WLC. BHS points it with a Qamets under the tav)

(וְאַתָּה ק) This is the Qere or "what is read" BHS lists this in the margin

יְהוָה tetragrammaton - divine name "LORD"

עַד־מָתָי preposition with interrogative "until when"
