Psalm 9:13

כִּי־דֹרֵשׁ דָּמִים אֹותָם זָכָר לֹא־שָׁכַח צַעֲקַת עֲנִיִּים כ עֲנָוִים׃ ק

Rough Word-by-word:
For the one seeking bloods them he remembered. Not he forgot the cry of poor ones.

Smooth Translation:
For the one seeking blood remembered them. He did not forget the cry of the poor.

כִּי־דֹרֵשׁ preposition with Qal active participle ms from דָרַשׁ (he sought, he inquired) "for the one seeking"
