Psalm 7:14

וְלֹו הֵכִין כְּלֵי־מָוֶת חִצָּיו לְדֹלְקִים יִפְעָל׃

Rough Word-by-word:
And for him he caused to prepare vessels of death. The arrows of him for pursuing men he will do.

And he caused to prepare vessels of death for him. His arrows for the pursuers he will make.
