Psalm 10:2

בְּגַאֲוַת רָשָׁע יִדְלַק עָנִי יִתָּפְשׂוּ ׀ בִּמְזִמֹּות זוּ חָשָׁבוּ׃

Rough Word-by-word:
In majesty of the wicked one he will pursue the humble one, they will be caught in plans such as they imagined.
