On the last word in the verse, the pronominal suffix looks to me like a 1cp (nu). A 3ms would normally be either just a holem vav or a hu. But then I looked it up on my software, and it does say 3ms, and it has an 'energic nun.' I googled it and found this. My guess is the he from what should be a hu suffix is the dagesh in the nun. That link doesn't say what forms that occurs on, so I guess it's just one of those things that happens occasionally.
