Rough Word-by-word:
LORD, not in anger of you you will cause rebuke of me and not in wrath of you you will discipline me intensely.

Smooth Translation:
LORD, not in your anger cause my rebuke, and not in your wrath discipline me intensely.

יְהוָה tetragrammaton - divine name "LORD"

אַל־בְּאַפְּךָ adverb of negation and preposition with noun ms in construct and 2ms pronominal suffix "not in anger of  you"

תֹוכִיחֵנִי Hiphil imperfect/jussive 2ms with 1cs pronominal suffix from יָכַח (he judged, he rebuked) "you will cause rebuke of me" (I missed this one. I never would have thought Hiphil...)

וְאַל־בַּחֲמָתְךָ conjunction with adverb of negation and preposition with noun fs in construct with 2ms pronominal suffix "and not in wrath of you"

תְיַסְּרֵנִי Piel imperfect/jussive 2ms with 1cs pronominal suffix from יָסַר (he disciplined, he chastened) "you will discipline me intensely"

  1. The way you can recognize the Hiphil on yakach is by knowing that it's a pe yod verb. The yod of a pe yod changes to a holem vav (also serving as the prefix's vowel) in the Hiphil stem only. You can also determine it's Hiphil by the extra yod in the middle.

On a completely unrelated note, when I went to the blog page to post this comment, both versions of the audio started automatically playing simultaneously! Couldn't find a way to stop them either; there's a little black box next to the words "Audio" and "Slow Audio" but clicking it didn't do anything. It was a little odd. (I'm using Chrome on Windows 7 at the moment.)
