Psalm 10:13

עַל־מֶה ׀ נִאֵץ רָשָׁע ׀ אֱלֹהִים אָמַר בְּלִבֹּו לֹא תִּדְרֹשׁ׃

Upon what he despised intensely the wicked one God. He said in the heart of him, "Not you will inquire."
