Psalm 10:13

עַל־מֶה ׀ נִאֵץ רָשָׁע ׀ אֱלֹהִים אָמַר בְּלִבֹּו לֹא תִּדְרֹשׁ׃

Rough Word-by-word:
Upon what he despised intensely the wicked one God. He said in the heart of him, "Not you will inquire."

Smooth Translation:
For what reason has the wicked one intensely despised God? He said in his heart, "You will not inquire."

Psalm 10:10

וַדָּכַה כ (יִדְכֶּה ק) יָשֹׁחַ וְנָפַל בַּעֲצוּמָיו חֶלְכָּאִים כ (חֵיל ק) (כָּאִים׃ ק

Rough Word-by-word:
He will be crushed. He will bow down and he will fall in strengths of him [the] unfortunate one of unfortunate ones.

Smooth Translation:
He will be crushed. He will bow down and the unfortunate will fall into his strength.

Notes: The ketiv and qere are both difficult to translate here, but I am favoring the qere in my translation.
