Genesis 1:9

וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים יִקָּווּ הַמַּיִם מִתַּחַת הַשָּׁמַיִם אֶל־מָקֹום אֶחָד וְתֵרָאֶה הַיַּבָּשָׁה וַיְהִי־כֵן׃

וַיֹּאמֶר Qal imperfect 3ms from אמר (he said) "he will say" with vav conversive making it "and he said"

אֱלֹהִים masculine plural noun "God"

יִקָּווּ Niphal imperfect/jussive 3mp from the root קוה (he collected, he gathered together) "let them be gathered together"
